These are recipes that I serve my family.This one has been passed down from generation to generation. To be sure that your meal is tasty remember to sing Philippians 4:4 ” Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.” How can you not have a heart to serve your family now?

Noodle Pudding

1 – 8 oz package medium egg noodles

2 – eggs, beaten

1 1/2 cup milk

1 lb. cottage cheese (small curd)

3/4 stick butter

salt to taste

Cook noodles according to package, drain.

Mix well  ingredients except for 1/4 stick of the butter.  Pour into a greased 13×9 inch Pyrex dish. Melt 1/4 stick of butter; add to the top of noodles.  Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
