These are recipes that I serve to my family.
Corn Stuffed Pork Chops
Ingredients:
4 pork chops, about 1 1/2 lb
1/2 onion, chopped
2 Tablespoon Butter
3/4 cup of corn bread stuffing mix
1 – 15 oz can corn
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cumin powder
Preheat oven to 375 degree, line a cookie sheet with foil and place 2 of the pork chops in the middle. In a small frying pan cook the onions with the butter until tender not brown. In a medium mixing bowl mix together the remaining in ingredients with the cooked onions. Spoon over the pork chops, place the remaining 2 chops on top. Cook in oven for 40 to 50 min or til no pink remains.
